Just spoke to Victor...he is at Orlando Speedworld track rental...and brings GREAT news....The BVP Evo X is WELL...FASTER AND QUICKER. I'll let Victor chime in with times

10.79@124 Congrats Victor....This car is really going to set the bar with the built engine and new turbo setup....your already only 2 hundredths off the fastest Evo X. I say one more track outing will take care of that

Wow after 1yr this car still holds the U.S record of the quickest Evo X...correct me if i'm wrong.
This beast is now making LOTS more power. Congrats on finding the big power even on low boost.

Those ET's indicate incredible traction and driving, but raw horsepower indicated by trap speed has been exceeded by a few mph. I know of ETS hitting 134-135 mph already and I'm sure AMS can exceed that in their time attack car if they ever decide to run it down the 1/4 mile for fun. Much has to do with gearing, tire diameter, and ability to rev 9k to allow the run to be completed in 4th gear. Still it is impressive that they have did so well so early on in the development of the Evo X.
I plan on running 124-125 mph traps soon enough on race gas/high boost but the chance of improving my ET's much past low 11's is slim since my car is a full weight daily driver and I'm not going to put a cage in it or push the transmission to grenade status. I'm fine with that though, I'll let the pros get the records!

I haven't heard of more recent numbers from the BVP car, although it seems to be a turbo swap away from 130+ mph trap speeds if they built up that motor. If anyone has any recent info I'm sure people are interested.

Unfortunately i'm not at liberty to say exactly how much power was made. I can say lots more than when it ran 10's
maybe BVP can chime in if they so choose. We work closely with lots of teams and swear to secrecy...the info we discuss with these teams are for purposes of us providing a system that will meet or exceed their specific needs.
As you might be aware of our prototype Sequential cdi ignition is on this car and we were on hand should any Ignition issue arise. It performed flawlessly and the tuning session went very smoothly.
