So something is def. off
How far apart was this done? I know about year and half ago there dyno read very close in HP to a local dynojet the TQ on the other hand was way off.

You could also try adjusting your wastegate actuator first. If you have the adjustable rod too far out (i.e. actuator pre-loaded too much), the flapper won't be able to open far enough to bleed off the boost. If you go as far as to take off the turbo, port out the wastegate port as much as you can.

I'm using the forge MBC. I heard porting out the turbo exhaust turbine housing is better than an 02 dump on the FP RED to ger rid of boost creep.

your post

I want that TURBO BAD!!! haha.......the FP Red is the BOMB. Anyway, yes, get the head studs and you will break the 400whp no problem. That is my goal 400whp daily driven Evo IX. Saving for the Red Now. Would of had it by now but the seperation from my wife wiped me out. Was lucky to get out with my Evo, haha.

272 Cams, TBE, Injectors and Pump and Ebay FMIC and MBC set to 2x something psi I dunno but my friend with his Red dyno 495 on 91 pump.... On top of that it was 100 degree weather

I know they wanted to turn the boost up but to run it over 30+ psi he needed Studs. So Your numbers seem to be way off... Bring it to another shop and see what it dynos.
