FP Red Tuned

Well things didn't go the way I wished they could've with this, but oh well...I was hoping to break 400whp but it just wasnt meant to be...With my first tune, on which i had the first part of my signature....I went and had the second part of my signature installed and tuned...There were some issues, since I had stock cams and head studs, AMS didnt want to push the boost, so it ended up 23-23.5 psi, which didnt bring the red to life at all....Tell me what u guys think, other than i need cams, studs, and more boost....The tune was pretty conservative...Unfortunately the file is too big to post the dyno graphs, but here's the stats

1st tune-stock turbo- 336 hp @ 6500 325 tq @ 3800

2nd tune-fp red-370 hp @6500 363 tq @ 4800

This was on a dynomite

as soon as possible get a cams . You paid for something you didnt get. The cams will hope fully change that. I think you will be fine with the 272 's in both side.
Injectors ,fuelpump, ic set up, TBE, intake you got it already right?

then a cams should open it up. so when you do that just swap the headstuds for the APR ones and you will be all set. I hope it will work out for you !

There's an evo 9 with stock engine internals and an FPRed that put down 460+whp on a dynojet...If you're running on 93oct, I think you should get a retune with more boost.

I was pushing 30PSI with no head studs and stock cams on my green. You should be able to run more boost with out having to worry too much.

Probably true, but the tuner didnt feel comfortable cranking the boost with my stock studs and cams...The tune was conservative and safe, but i did want more

Manny Jr.'s car is the one you're talking about. Here's his dyno sheet. 466whp tuned by Jestr.

It's the cams. Without cams the turbo can only do but so much

Manny Jr's car tuned by Jestr has all the STOCK internals. It's not the cams as evo 9 cams have proven to be very capable and aggressive from the factory.
