New Pick Up: Fujitsubo RM01A Exhaust

I ordered this back in September from Bulletproof and just received it about 30 minutes ago. The exhaust only consists of two parts which makes me think it would be pretty easy to block off half of the exhaust to convert it to a single exit with quite a bit of ease. It looks great and I can't wait to install it when it dries/warms up a bit.

Here are some pics!

That is HOT!! Definitely worth the wait for quality products like this one. I would keep the dual layout configuration.

Congrats! I'm running the RM01A on my IX and couldn't be happier. Nothing like owning an exhaust from the oldest and most respected exhaust company in Japan!

Great choice, just don't ruin it trying to convert it to a single, keep it as is.

Curious..... why convert it to single? It'll be louder and I doubt there will be any power gain. Maybe even a potential power lose.

no reason.. was just observing from the design of it. The rear end was designed for a dual exit and I like the balanced look of it. If it isn't nasty out tomorrow I may toss it on. If not, I may wait for it to get over 40 degrees next week.

yea the other portion of the exhaust weighs about 9lbs 10oz so it would make a bit of a difference

9 pounds is not to much. I was thinking more.

This was my favorite exhaust on the EVO IX. Quiet and quality.
