Megan single exit......I have it makes power and sounds awesome! It is quiet when normal driving but then opens up at wot! Price is amazing also...

 

It's quiet, which is what I want. I don't think 4bangers should sound loud.

I do want the tips to NOT look like a piece of cut pipe like almost all the exhausts.

The tips have to be "finished". 5-zigen and HKS seems to have that part figured out.

I'm staying away from the single exit. I think they look stupid on the X.

 

I usually have my music on. I'll listen tomorrow. I think there is a slight drone at high speeds (80mph+), but only because there isn't a 6th gear.

The DT is only $1185? I know Driveline can get good prices, but the MSRP is like $1900 on that thing.

I don't even know how much the C-Ti is @ MSRP.

Keep in mind I've never heard any of the Exhausts that I just listed except for the 5-Zigen, and that was only online.

 

Is the Blitz 3" all the way back? Is it quieter than the T1R 76S? Thanks.

 

I think there is a 2.75 taper in the very beginning after the cat (so it matches up with the cat correctly), then goes to a 3". Some people just cut that part off and make it a 3" all the way through.

 

I think I realize what I don't like about a lot of the exhausts out there... it's the visable 'step' from the inner pipe to the exhaust tip. Just looks really cheap/cheesy to me. I wouldn't be surprised if this impacted sound as well. I guess that's one good thing about my Buschur.

 

After watching all of the videos from the first post...good god there are so many choices I can't make up my mind lol.
