ETS V2 Quad 2.5 tips

Here's the one I got. The sound is a little different from the regular V2, I'll do the video later.

is there anyway to give an exhaust tip that blue color if it didnt have it already? ive heard you can "blue" certain types of metal by using oils or different chemicals, but i dont know if its the same type of effect or not. i really like the blue look on the end of those greddy tips but kinda like the canister look of the HKS, and the price and tubing diameter, and would like to see if theres anyway to give those tips that look

I'm really leaning towards the SpecialtyX CBE but have a few questions:

1. I have a megan racing 3" testpipe, would the SZ CBE flushly connect to the MR testpipe without issue?

2. I'm concerned about noise and am interested in purchasing the resonator with the SZ CBE. How would the addition of this resonator effect my current setup (if at all)? Does the resonator sit behind the testpipe?

I tried email SZ, but seems like they're online contact form doesn't work.

thanks!

artisan performance looks the best in terms of piping. SO STRAIGHT.

i'm confused as to why AMS has a muffler on one pipe but not the other? strange.

Time to bite the bullet and get a new exhaust. My requirements are: good ground clearance (my Buschur's sucks), stealth black and quieter than most.

I like the looks of the Perrin system, but price seems high, and I need to know if the coating will last:

Does anybody own this exhaust? Is there another manufacturer who makes a black system like this? Thanks.

So I found a cheaper black system ($355!), but obviously quality won't compare. I know people who have this one, but I don't care for the silver tips, I'd perfer all black. Maybe there is some kind of super hi-temp paint that would cover them? Also sucks that it's pre drilled for silencers. Hmmm...

I've got the CP-E and it sounds awesome. Put that on and the AEM CAI and ran a 13.2 e/t before i got it tuned. That's .7 seconds faster than stock and i'm in no way a professional driver.

Did you go dual or single? Resonator or no resonator? Glad to hear. I'm 100% on this exhaust, trying to decide between dual / single.

go duals with mufflers... then if you want, get the single mufflerless section for track days

Do you have the resonator or no?

I would say if any of the paint chipped or flaked your could probably repaint it with high temp flat black paint. IMO this exhaust is a work of art ;D
