I've looked over this thread quite a bit and would like a dual tip TBE that is quiet in normal driving (maybe a touch louder than stock) but is somewhat aggressive at WOT. I had a 04 STi previously and like the Greddy Evo 2 exhaust I had in terms of sound (no droning but sounded good once you got on the throttle).

Can anyone recommend exhausts that they have or have heard in person?

Also, I haven't seen the Turbo XS dual tip exhaust mentioned alot....are there problems with this one?

I own the resonated CP-E CBE with their power pipe which has the HFC on it. I als just put the MAP O2 eliminator DP on. It sounds amazing. Nice and mellow at start up, and growls nicely when pressured. If you are wanting it, the clips on youtube are fairly close to the actuall thing. that is what i used and was impressed then, once i got it, totally worth it. Call Adam at MAP, it is where i got mine from.

I have been wondering why the ams dual tip has been discontinued ? Anyone have an answer ? Not a fan of any of the duals just curious =/

 

Anyone notice the $100 price jump on the ETS V2 system? If I were to get a dual this would be it, but I may just go with a single exit from another manufacturer. Not that $950 is a bad price for ETS quality but I'm only going cat back so saving a few hundred has its appeal...

 

In the market for an exhaust. I am looking for one that is decently loud. Not the loudest on the market, but up there. I also really enjoyed the sound of the Turbo XS and the AMS Dual tip one when they had the videos up for it. Any suggestions?

 

If you're looking for sexy loud, check out the ETS v2 non-quiet exhaust. I like quiet exhausts so not for me, but this may be right up your alley. I really like their quiet one for myself.

Anybody run an agency power test pipe? I assume it helps with sound alot?

 

i plan on getting an AMS widemouth downpipe and am torn b/w then TurboXs CBE or the ERZ CBE

to me it looks like the TurboXs one has less restrictive flow. anyone happen to have felt a difference in these 2 CBEs?

 

Does anyone have good pictures of the ETS Single CBE? It sounds nice but I can't find a good shot of it.
