Official Evolution X Exhaust Thread

i just replaced my ERZ dual exit with a brand new Invidia N1 yesterday.
I never understood why some of the evo's higher end exhaust companies taper down their exhaust, but neither the ERZ nor the Invidia does. full 3" and Invidia 1/2 the weight maybe less.

only real reasons to replace:
weight. single exhausts or titanium for weight savings would be only good reason.
power. i think the greddy se has a section of pipe that tapers to 2.75" diameter vs other exhausts which run a 3". people have said it doesn't hurt performance unless your car is pretty well upgraded and in the 400 hp range.
sound. you like the sound
look. the dual TI tips looks great

Im an Oregon boy and I have Perrin and ETS close by. I have my desired Perrin parts (BOV and UICP) and Im pretty set on going with ETS for the IC, LICP, manifold, and the rest of my pipes. Does anyone actually own the ETS V2 or V2 Extreme? I need to know how loud they actually are. I work out of the country and I only get to drive my X MR once in a while and I want to KNOW im driving it when I get the rare chances but not attract too much attention from the FUZZ or go Def.
Thanks guys
Thanks guys

^--- I'm in PDX as well. I had a Perrin catback on my '08 MR and absolutely loved it. The ETS Quiet is great as well. Either company is solid to purchase from. John for Perrin and Michael for ETS

So...
From a fluid dynamics standpoint, the best exhaust is one that is constant diameter and minimal bends...
With that in mind, could someone recommend me one?
I have taken a liking to the following:
Agency Power (design+1, ok sounding)
HKS hi power (sound+1, but from I read, it has different diameters?-1)
Speciality X (design+1, looks+1 & sounds+1, but no longer in business?)
CNT Racing Dual N1 exit (design, but can't find their product & price)
Buschur Racing Dual Catback Exhaust w/ Bullet Muffler (design +1, lack luster sound from youtube vids -1)
Touge Factory Ti Quad Tip (design+1, sound+1, this one is excellent, but only for in shop customers?)
As you can see, they are mostly Y shaped and dual/quad exits.
Have I missed anything significant that are similar?
If you know of any differences in the availability of the ones, I listed, please do let me know

Ark
This looks sweet, if it isnt any type of knock-off. I paid twice that for my Perrin, but I love mine and would change to another plus its coated blackout and is a perfect accent for my setup and the sound is just right for a daily driver.

Yea it looked pretty nice. Im thinking this might be the one I am getting not anytime soon though. There are 2 different Ark there is Ark Design and Ark Performance. Not sure which of the 2 are knock offs or whatever.
