neither one is a knock off ARK design is from Japan and ARK performance is from Korea. I got the Ark Design dual exhaust and am really happy the welds are awesome the fittement was great I even made a video

Has anyone purchased and installed the STM Aluminum Cat-Back Exhaust?

 

My X MR with the Turbo XS CBE and Rexpeed TP.

Cheap and great quality, almost 2 years now and no problems and still love the sound

 

I was euphoric when I heard the UPS man show up at my door. That quickly changed when I found out this was Box 2 of 2 and I was missing box 1 of 2 .

Guess i'll have to wait till Monday for the full install.

 

A doughnut gasket is sufficient enough without having a flange gasket with it, right?

Its one or the other.. You're not gonna see a doughnut gasket and a flange gasket used together. I'm confused as to what you're implying.

Here's my review: definitely noticed a difference in torque after the install. Fitment is pretty spot on, i'd give it a 8.5/10 just because the muffler sits too high...whoever, it doesn't touch the diffuser. If you're on a budget, I'd recommend this.

edit: I was parked in a lot when I made this vid, and one of the lot mates walked up to me in the latter half. plus, its also the first start since 10pm last night, and its currently 27 degrees...so I didnt wanna get on it.
