BLITZ Nur-Spec R Review

**UPDATE**: Here is a sound clip. Sorry it's not that great........and it's dark. All I had at the time was a crappy "video" camera. Still wanted to get the sound of the exhaust up for now. Better one coming soon:

Hello,

I just installed my BLITZ Nur-Spec R today. Fitment is perfect. Workmanship is perfect. Excellent quality.

BLITZ modified this muffler for the 2008 and up Evo X's and new STi's so it's not as loud as the previous Spec-R used to be. Sounds deeper and more aggressive than stock, but not too loud. Does not drone at highway speeds......at all. This exhaust has 4 1/2" diameter tips (cut at a slight angle to match the rear diffuser) that fit the dual openings on the Evo X perfectly. The piping is 3" all the way back.

This exhaust does NOT come with baffles, they aren't needed due to BLITZ re-designing the muffler.

Couldn't be happier with this exhaust, I love it! I will do a few sound clips very soon

Here are a few pictures. The first one is on the BLITZ car. The rest are on mine.

Yep, was considering special ordering the DT as well. Like you said, the Nur-Spec DT is the exact same system as the Nur-Spec R.......except for the double structured tips. Nice choice, I'm sure you will be as happy as I am with your new exhaust

Snap some shots once you get it mounted.

For sure. Are you able to get some sound clips up?
