I would think that the dealer should replace ur clutch for sure. I would even argue a PP.

If I go with another OEM clutch. Then yes, it would be all covered. Unfortently the dealer does not have a loaner EVO X. Just hope the seal comes in this monday.

I think you should do the clutch swap. Even if it takes a little bit of time to switch to the upgraded clutch on your own well atleast you have a working backup should anything happen and you (like most people) have a period where you just can't fork out the cash for an aftermarket clutch. Anyway. Free clutch to me = deal

Thats true, good point. But that will just delay the situation more. I already paid $265 bucks for the Laguna Seca track day ,which is non-refundable. At this moment I dont really care about the money. Just wanna be able to make it to that event..

Didn't you already have an aftermarket clutch? I remember you mentioned this problem in another thread, but I didn't know you took it to the shop.

I wonder if they would replace an aftermarket clutch if this happened and you did...

I wish I could, but the Viper is just way too loud. Laguna Seca has a gay sound restriction rule..

No, its a OEM clutch.
