You might just need to pony up for a new one. Seeing that the X is so new, I imagine it'll be difficult to find one on the secondary market. If you're to the point where your diff is fried, maybe it'd be worth a call to Shep to inquire about a new one with his special sauce.

I am looking for a new one but wasn't sure if there is an aftermarket one available yet.

Mitsi want to replace the whole transfer box at £3,000 so am thinking of trying to get the internals sorted privately instead. Remapped so no warranty

I take it no aftermarket diffs are available for a x yet?
