Question kelford 214-b

hi all
any one have already installed this cams? Interesting how it works on stock turbo or on on fp red/dom 2...

want order kelford 214-b or cosworth mx1, 214-a is too mild...
kelford is 270/262 and 11.3/10.35... maybe it's too much for stock turbo or dom 2?
272/272 11.0mm lift cams on 9 stock turbo is normal, but how such cams as 214-b will work on evo x with stock turbo?

cam someone give some advice please?

That cam is setup more for a aftermarket turbo like the FP Red or Dom 2 than it is for a stock turbo but it should still make decent power with the stock turbo, it just has higher potential when you use it with upgraded turbo setups and has a rougher idle but still tolerable.

I have a set of 214-Bs waiting to be installed on my Evo X Red. I've heard that the Bs are too big for a stock frame turbo such as Reds/Dom2s, but I feel like airflow into the motor is my big restriction right now, so hopefully these open it up a lot. With a fully stock turbo though, Cosis have already proven themselves. 214-B is probably too big stock.

I will see soon what kinds of gains these bring. I do think someone posted a dyno chart with them and a Red and pump gas with good results. Hopefully even better at higher psi.s

Yeah, that makes two of us! I don't want to tune it until the new fuel pump is in, so that's the delay.
