is there any noticeable difference in the spool characteristics between this exhaust and any other exhaust that BR makes that might be more free flowing?

Sorry to bump an older post, hopefully db can answer this.

At what point, either hp or other, is it more ideal to use the other br exhaust compared to the cross-flow? Just trying to compare the other advantages (aside from weight differences). I've never been a fan of this type setup/canister but I'm considering it though I'm stuck between this and the other "queit muffler" br setup.

I have not found a spool difference or HP difference going to our new cross flow system.

Our EVOX just put down 514 whp on pump gas with the cross flow exhaust on it.

I think you can go to youtube and do a search and come up with some video/sound clip if you like.

Which tip style is what? The tips come standard with the rolled edge, so it looks thick on the end. You can also get them miter or straight cut without the rolled edge.

so of the three buschur exhausts, i know that the bullet is the loudest, but is the crossflow the quietest? or is the quiet one more quiet? so 1-3,
3. bullet- loudest
2. quieter
1. quietest?

Crossflow is by far the quietest.

thanks. I'm wanting to get an exhaust but i don't want it too quiet. i do think the crossflow sounds way better than the quiet muffler (as far as youtube goes). I love the sound of the bullet, but i don't want it to be too loud. i've got a stock downpipe and cat and i'll probably keep it that way

I'm still running the very first BR exhaust on my 08 and like it.
