I purchased a second hand unused turbo kit recently and I'm in the middle of the install, but during the installation of the exhaust manifold I realized it does not sit flat against the head. If you try to lay the manifold flat on straight surface the last runner is about 1/8" of the ground. So my question is will torquing it down to close the gap between the head and the manifold cause issues? Like exhaust leaks or the stud in the head backing out and eating the threads with in the head since its aluminum vs. the pressure the manifold puts on the studs.
