Still undecided: HKS Hi-Power or Fujitsubo RM01A?
I'm going to get a new cat-back exhaust; at the end my choice is between these 2: HKS Hi-Power 409 VS Fujitsubo RM01A.
Unfortunately I cannot hear in person the sounds before purchase; I've already read many threads with clips (but it's not easy to understand the real sound, especially the sound from the inside of the car) and reviews, but now I need a final suggestion from you. Notice that (at least for the moment) I will keep stock DP and cat.
As I was saying in the HKS Hi-Power thread, I love a deep sound, not too metallic/tinny, but the most important thing is that I don't want any droning or annoying resonance in the cabin, especially when cruising.
At the end my only worry is that the HKS Hi-Power is too loud and drones. On the other side, in some places I read that the Fujitsubo RM01A is instead very quite: I also don't want to have a sound level too close to the stock one.
The difference between the 2 seems quite big, as from the datasheets (see dB in the specs), but that one is noise from outside: I'm more interested in sound from the inside.

Some of you like chidevildog and PlayinWithFire have already kindly given me their opinions (thanks! ); any other will be really appreciated.
The Fujitsubo has better quality than the HKS (material, manufacture and fitment are excellent); the HKS is 30% cheaper (even because it is not 100% stainless) and I like more his huge tails; from clips it seems that I prefer also the HKS sound from the outside, especially at idle.
So at the moment I'm a little more for the HKS; but I need some confirmations from you that it's not an annoying exhaust that you can hear from the other side of the town and, most important, that does not stun you in the cabin!
Thank you guys!
Stefano

I been looking up the Hi power too, sounds nice and i like it has 75mm tubing. All others are either too narrow or if its 3", too loud.
never heard of the Fujitsubo though, let me youtube it.

Raytrix, if I can ask, why did you switch from HKS to Greddy? EDIT: I've read now that you did need a quieter exh, so this maybe makes me worry even more
Comparing your clips, seems that Greddy is for sure less loud, and about the kind of sound is more "metallic", instead the HKS is deeper and bass sound, is correct?
Yes, sorry... still improving my English...

This is a thing I was trying to understand. On the Fujitsubo specs, there are sound levels for different conditions; in particular the 2nd row is the "close noise": 86 dB stock, 92 Fujitsubo. HKS declares only a close noise of 102, stock 84 dB. So I think that it is pratically in the same condition as Fujitsubo.
At the end, I think that HKS at WOT is much louder than 102 dB, that is the level of Fujitsubo at WOT.
BUT... this short clip from Raytrix makes me LOVE the HKS... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XpI1nbLxRo8
