I've not been doing TBN, but your first test looks pretty similar to how my first test turned out... A few changes down the road most of the odd wear in seems to be settling out (though the Fe remains high at 15k).

I wonder why your fuel dilution keeps going up??? As well as the FE. I am switching to the 0w-40 Mobil 1 oil to help with the shearing that is occurring.

@apagan01 - the iron was 38 ppm with a universal average of 10 (third line)

@Clipse3GT - my fuel dilution has been going down. I'm under .5% now, which has paid dividends in viscosity and flashpoint.

Long day, read it backwards did not pay attention to detail.

Watch that iron on your next testings, you dont want it that high.

it could be due to new engine.

i cant see the report, its to small and its blury,

was the milleage 15K ?
