Fidanza flywheel's replaceable surface
somewhere down the line, i'm going to be upgrading the clutch and flywheel. while i'm already set with the exedy stg 2 cerametallic hd clutch, i was going to go with works' flywheel to complete the combo, until i saw the fidanza flywheel. it's about a pound heavier, but it has this replaceable friction surface. i've never seen it before, and thought it was kind of novel. but does it hold up? and does it need more servicing than the usual flywheel?

the friction surface will hold up great. They use it on all of their flywheels and it is a breeze to replace.. you can find new plates that come with the military grade hardware for $40-50... i've used a Fidanza in my last 4 cars.
