ACT Heavy Duty Street Break In
I had an ACT HD pressure plate/ street disc installed about 6 weeks ago and have driven on it for 1000-1200 miles. It started out engaging with a lot of chatter throughout the pedal stroke. I was told it would go away and it did for the most part but it still chatters when I get the clutch 75% engaged. The last part of the engagement when the clutch is almost fully engaged is when it still chatters.
The OEM flywheel was re-surfaced during the install. Does anyone have similar experiences? It seems a little long for a break in period.
