Why is the Rexspeed O2DP so much cheaper than others?

An O2 downpipe replaces both the downpipe and the O2 housing that is attached to it. The majority opinion around here is that replacing the O2 housing is what accounts for most if not all of the extra HP from replacing the downpipe. Most believe that just replacing the downpipe itself will provide minimal or no gains.

If I'm reading this dyno correctly they are clearly manipulating supposed "gains" by raising boost:
The gains run was done with significantly more boost and to be honest considering the amount of boost that was raised it should be making a lot more power than it is.
This o2 design is inferior to something like the AMS which uses a cast flange that matches the turbine outlet perfectly.
