I can't seem to find this information anywhere or even a pic with the proper setup. I went back to the stock boost control set up. Where I am confused and can't seem to find an answer is this. You have a line going from the wastegate to a "T" There is another line that goes from the "T" to a "nipple" on the hot pipe. From the "T" the line goes and splits to the boost solenoids.
Where is the second boost pill supposed to be? Is it supposed to be from the "T" to the wastegate or in the section that goes to the "nipple" on the hot pipe off the turbo.

Actually it does, the >< on the vacuum lines represent the pills

yeah i thought that - but is there 3 pills?

Yes 3, 1 main that comes from the pressure side and 2 more which are in front of the boost control solenoids

Thanks for the link...I have actually seen that diagram...I didn't realize that the >< were pointing to the boost pills.

So I have placed it back the way it is supposed to. Now heres the million dollar question. When the wastegate was controlling boost (10-14 psi) it seemed to do it with no problems. Now that it the solenoid is controlling boost (should be hitting 20-21 psi) when it hits anything above wastegate pressure it breaks up and stumbles. Kind of like its getting to much of something and backing off.

Any ideas?
