Hesitation, sputtering, idle issues
Issues:
1. Car sputters (as if stalling) when in 5th gear going up hill if gas is pushed down then feathered out (in 5th gear if going up hill, gas must remain constantly applied or further depressed or vehicle will sputter and lag)
2. Occasionally the car will have idle problems (very seldom) after driving and stopping at a stop light
3. 5TH gear WOT from low rpms (2000) vehicle accelerates strongly until around 5000 rpms, where It feels like the vehicle hits a brick wall, bucks violently, then continues to pull strongly throughout rest of power band.
Modifications
1. AEM INTAKE, ETS CATBACK, AMS DOWNPIPE, TEST PIPE, UICP, FMIC. (tuned of course)
The issues started with # 3, now #1 (can be replicated 98% of the time)
All hoses have been triple checked, and those which have been having issues in other threads have been zip tied. Spark plugs were checked less than a week ago, no signs of any abnormalities.
Any advice? Are these common issues you guys are having occasionally? I wouldn't expect these kind of issues with a 35k + car with top of the line modified parts and tuned by a tuner who has been tuning cars for years.
