Yep use a stock one...other ones are money and typically cause problems.

For my brand new built motor for my FPblack on E85 i am using a stock one for reference.

1.1mm - Stock bore. They only have (1) bore option. They have a 1.3mm version, but it's not needed since our head was fine.

I'm sure it is and the argument could be made on price. Saying that Cosworth gaskets cause problems without a single example is a bit much, tho. I know there are some lousy gaskets on the market for other motors but these are the only two that I'm aware of for the X.

I am simply repeating what Shane (mine and lomker's tuner) had said. He said on the 8/9 builds he has done when they don't use the stock one they have problems, not always but enough of the time where they will just use the stock one instead for cheaper.
