Air magicly entering the clutch line?
ok, so im flat out of ideas...
My clutch petal drives fine for about a day or two then starts dropping. I'm pretty sure its air in the line because if i bleed it ill get another day or two out of it
I have an Exedy 3puck and the SSP master cylinder V2
Somehow air must be getting in the line and i cant find it. I've had the SSP master looked at by SSP and it was fine. and i've already completely replaced the slave cylinder and i still cant find what could be causing the issue...
anyone got any ideas?
PLEASE POST if you have ANY random ideas!!!
Thanks!

I dont think its dropping, i've been watching it but i've also been bleeding it enough its hard to keep track of, but ill watch it over the next 100 miles and see.
As for the master or slave, what are the chance of having a bad master after having it rebuild and being bad again. last thing i want is to raise question about SSP's V2 master, i really dont think that could happen twice. and the slave is brand new from Mitsu.
What are the chances of a new slave being bad in the same way as the old one

I think you need to use an auto bleeder. I have the SSP MC2 also and bled the fluid , letting it fall into the engine bay/undertray (put shop towels to catch the fluid) and i have the same problem. The pedal gets stuck to the floor or halfway about twice a day for me.
Or use a hose to connect to the slave cylinder and bleed the fluid into a cup. so the slave cylinder sucks up brake fluid instead of air.

i do use the tube and jar method normally, but i bought a hand vacuum bleeder a few days ago and have bleed it 2 or 3 times using that with no difference...

What kind of fluid are you using?
Are you losing fluid?
How are your brakes, spongy?
Check all of your lines and make sure none of them are sweating.
All of your lines nice and snug?
Answer these questions, and someone might be able to point you in the right direction.

Yes Kris spent over and hour on the phone with me as we double checked all the possibilities.
In the end it was the master cylinder, i sent it back to them (free to me) and got it back totally rebuilt in about 2 days.
Has been working fine for over 800 miles now
