Stock Tune, What are the boost levels in high altitude?

Stock Tune, What are the boost levels in high altitude?
So I had my tuner put in my stock turbo and stock injectors back on. I have standard stage 3 bolts on plus Cossie MX1s plus a Synchronic BOV. I reflashed my car to stock tune, and I hit WOT on 3rd gear and noticed it only boost to about 15 lbs.
To me that's a little low even for a stock tune, although I havent ran a stock tune in over 2 years. I plan to place the stock BOV back on to make sure its not leaking, and then a boost leak check. But since I live in a high altitude desert, I am wondering what other people on a stock tune boost to under WOT. Right now I am about 1600 ft above sea level, ambient is about 95 F, and the air density is about 15% less than at sea level. Any thoughts are appreciated.
