I'm having the same issue. No problem in 1-4 but if your in 5th just creepin up in RPMS, it stutters then begins to go normal again.

What BOV do you have? stock?

So the questions remains...what is the main cause of this? spark plugs? tuning issue? BOV? or the intake????

Did you try a stock BOV?

If not, you shouldn't do anything else until you do. It could very easily solve everything.
