takeda intake, anybody using this?

takeda intake, anybody using this?

Anybody using the takeda intake? Yes, I used the search... couldn't find much. I like the idea it's available without an oiled filter, and it's got the deflector to direct cold air to the filter without it being in a box. I think Takeda is a decent company as far as build quality?.... I know these questions get asked a zillion times over... thanks for advice

Just buy AFE intake. Identical except polished piping.
It uses stock MAF housing, which is a plus for me.

Correct. The AFE Stage 2 Dryflow S intake is the exact same but with a black pipe rather than polished and is cheaper.

I have one on my car and it's been great. No A/C idle issues during the TX summer and my tuners have had no issues regarding MAF scaling with it.
