Checked your shifter linkages? Both under the shifter and under the hood? Sounds like something possibly related to the side to side cable.

So my mother gets my car flat bedded to Mitsubishi of totowa without my permission while im at work and it ends up being 125 dollars for a shifter cable "clip" that i could have gotten at a discounted price plus a bill from Mitsubishi from Mitsubishi "free" roadside assistance for another 120 bucks. On a part that takes about 6 screws to get to and 30 minutes to fix. THANKS MOM.

Mods you can close this thread thank you.
