(I just got a 2011)

I decided because of this issue, I'm going to do full fluid change at 4000 miles. Engine (2nd change), TCase, Transmission, rear diff. This way I know all the fluids are good and appropriate levels.

Well the managers are obviously not seeing they are doing it. You'd think..... hrm we shipped 2k cars out but we used 2.3k cars worth of DiaQueen... hrmhrmhrm something is fishy!

maybe, maybe not....but i'm thinking since its a huge factory and diaqueen is used on many different vehicles (not just usdm)....they probably have huge barrels of them and just fill them up till they "think" its full...so theres really no way to track how much fluid is being used per car...they just top it off

How easy is it to over fill the T case I and rear diff. I thought you just fill them up until diaqueen starts to leak out?

the thing is, the factory workers probably got lazy and filled up way too much...and as soon as they pull the hose out, they just plugged it up, they didn't want to wait

what you're suppose to do is fill up using a hose and go slow, then as soon as you think it's full, pull it out and let it drip completely until nothing comes out...then plug it up

let us know how that goes, I'm not really wanting to do this.. but I should How labor intensive is this? I assume just time consuming and not really that difficult?

Anybody have pics of what this looks like?

If you have access to a lift, it's SUPER easy. . I think there is a how-to on here.

VERY easy, even on jackstands in your garage. It's a single fill bolt, remove it, let any excess drain out, reinstall bolt.
