Setting base fuel pressure
Noob question here, but i cant find the answer anywhere.
I have an aftermarket FPR installed, and i'm upping the base pressure to say 50psi.
when i'm dialling it in at idle, do i crimp/block the vacuum line to the FPR?
If i do this and set it to 50, with the vacuum signal restored it drops to 43 or so
or do i want the base pressure at idle to be 50 with the vacuum signal intact?
i recall the "stock" base fuel pressure is 43.5, something like that. is that measured with vacuum, or without? I'm not sure if right now i am at stock fuel pressure, or at 50.
cheers guys
