Exedy twin hd clutch engagement!

So I've been driving the car for about 1500 miles now and I'm not happy with the engagement of the clutch. I'm not talking about the clutch pedal travel that can be adjusted at the pedal, I'm talking about when the clutch starts to move the car, I've only got about 2 inchs of grab at the top of the pedal travel. Is there anyway to adjust the clutch to grab sooner or closer to the floor? Car has never been launched with this clutch, or is this just the way a twin engages.

yes you can change it. you have to adjust your cmc. you can put the engagement any where you want.
