Ripped my belt

Ripped my belt
At Lime Rock on Monday I was entering the short uphill and, quite unexpectedly, lost my power steering. Soon after, as I limped up the hill the car's water temp rose and so I gently pulled in to the pit and discovered I had shredded in half my serpentine belt.
So I lost my power steering, alternator and water pump and ended my day. Interestingly, the belt was new this season and did not break in half but instead was sliced in two. This is, as I have come to learn, the result of the belt jumping off and landing on the edge of one of the pulleys. That edge is higher then the grooves (to keep the belt confined) and so quickly cut the belt.
Does anyone have experience with this occurring? We'll check the alignment of the pulleys, but anything else to consider? I don't have a picture of the shredded belt but do have a picture from the event. Here it is...
Thanks

There is a thread around where the tension pulley causes this, alot of people are swapping over to a Hyundai 4b11 pulley because its metal and ours is plastic. Might want to look there.

I found this, Hope it helps.

I am slightly confused.
There are 3 Idler pullys on the EVO X. Is all 3 idler pulleys the same dimensions?
Do you replace all 3 idler pulley with Hyundai part 25287-2C000? or do you just replace the upper and lower pulley with the hyundai parts?
EDIT: Here is another thread about this problem.

It seems that we have 2 idler pulleys and one tensioner pulley. The Hyundai part 25287-2C000 replaces both lower and upper idler pulleys but NOT the tensoner pulley. Does anyone know if there is a steel replacement for the tensoner pulley?

I see that thread and am not sure as I had read that all three could be replaced by the Hyundai part. Maybe not all of them rub? Or if one does you could grind it down a smidge? Not sure. My pulleys are supposed to arrive today so I should know soon whether all three will work or if the tensioner requires something else.

OK, an update.
EFI Logics fixed me right up, again. Apparently, two of the Hundai pulleys just bolt right up and are a perfect fit. The third was used to replace the pulley on my tensioner and that required some modification to swap the bolt out as the Hyundai is a reverse thread and then they had to grind down the edge of the tensioner the slightest bit to clear. Took them about an hour and I was back in business. The steel pulleys are better.
I ran at Lime Rock on the 23rd, after this fix and had no problems at all.
