Oil leaking from exhaust - New Engine

I was letting my engine idle for about 2 minutes and noticed that I had droplets of oil and water coming from my tailpipes. My engine is brand new with less than 100 miles. What could be the problem?

Is that normal on a newly built engine? My AEM fuel pressure regulator is bad it that has anything to do with it.

It is normal for water and carbon to come out of the exhaust, yes. That is why on some exhaust set ups there are small holes at the ends of the exhaust tips, to allow the moisture to drain. I would be willing to bet that you do not have oil coming out of your exhaust.

Water/condensation coming out from exhaust is a normal thing. It just means that your catalytic converter is doing it's job.

Built engine with less then 100 miles? Sounds like your rings have not set yet... though it is most likely condensation
