I had the cp-e and liked it when I had it. I wanted something titanium so I switched to the litespec. The exhaust wasn't loud before I installed my 6262 kit. I never had clearance issues with it because the low point that everyone see's is right by the wheel/ rear subframe area. Call cp-e and you can get it straight from them. AMS is also a vendor for cp-e iirc...
