stock pistons and 500 hp / 600 nm torque

Guys, I need advice. Friend of mine wants to build evo 10. The car has got very low mileage. The config will be:

custom exhaust manifold/ stock turbo / map o2 downpipe/ cams/ water/methanol injection / forged rods

The question is it possible to use stock pistons with such horse power or even what is the limit of stock pistons, the engine block will not be sleeved ?

If it is possible to use them, what piston rings do you recomend ?

Probably we will change the turbo to FP Red or something similar later.

The torque may kill them sooner at that torque level, horsepower is not bat bit at 442 ftlbs of torque

If you are already buying forged rods and considering getting rings might as well get some good pistons

Any advice what pistons could go in to the stock block without boring it out ?

AMS makes pistons that are for a 2.0L bore-- Teflon and everything. Not too expensive either.

If you have the thing apart, you might as well put quality parts in it. That'd be like building the bottom end for 1,000WHP and leaving the stock turbo on.
