Cams.. options?

First off, I want to apologize as the "search" function never works on me as I most likely suck *** at finding anything via it.
Second off, I am not all that much of a gear head to understand the differences between cams...

Anyhow...

A brief intro to my '10 mr touring... She is my DD and I am planing on hitting 400s on 91.

I was initially going with Tomei's 270/270 procams however due to recent changes with Tomei, I wont be able to get my procams in time before I am getting the rest of my stuff installed (ef2, exhaust/intake manifold, heat shield for sensor, afpr fuel kit -all MAP products,my mil.spec TB and GSC springs). I was told that I wont get my Tomei cams till Feb and I am getting those parts listed above installed in January 20th.

So, I am in the market for new cams and what would you guys suggest? I wont be going the Kelford B route due to the failures I have heard as well as from a friend. I have the GSC springs so I need a camshaft to go well with those springs and be perfect for DD.

I appreciate the input!

Kelford -B or GSC S2. The Kelford failures were on the IX intake cams using an old core design (Cosworth and GSC also suffered from this). The S2's will be the more aggressive of the two, you could also consider the S1's which will be slightly milder than the -B's.

on a side note, instead of using the sites search function just type whatever you want into google and then throw either an "evo ix" or "evo x" at the end of it and more then likely this site will be top of the results. MUCH MUCH better way to search this place.

Ditto what kracka said, if I could choose now it would probably be gsc s2 cams. There is a good cam review done by ams floating around too.

I wanted GSC S2's when I was building my engine but they were unavailable. I went with the Kelford 214-b's and have had great luck with them; they make fantastic power and are very very mild-mannered on the street. Either are a great choice IMHO.

I did decide to go with GSC S2's. I have the valve springs from GSC anyways so it only makes sense.
