I went with AMS single-exit exhaust and intake. Couldn't be happier.

Before this thread gets out of control, it has been covered many, many......many times. This link is a sticky (at the top of this subforum actually). It's probably going to be the most conclusive suggestion-giving way to close up this thread

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...st-thread.html

And Boostless, I would love to buy it from you, but need to pay for the rest of my wedding in 3 weeks :-/ great price, and for a cellphone those pics are fantastic. Anyone else looking at his post, the fit and finish when installed on a X is awesome. GLWS

Threads like this want to make me never come back to this or any other forum. I am a noob myself, but figured out on my own which intake and exhaust I want to get. There are some extremely informative threads about both. You would not want us to pick out your underwear for you, so why are you asking for help to get an intake and exhaust? Search man. Let your fingers find what you are looking for.

^^ Lol, true. But OP has a "2005 Evo" and is searching for intake & exhaust suggestions in the Evo X sub-forum..

If we don't help now, the poor guy may end up over at Camaro5.com with a brand-new SLP Loudmouth II dual-outlet exhaust on the way for his 2005 Evo 8/10

^^ Check out the exhausts and intakes from ETS and AMS.. both companies make excellent products for the Evo 8/9/10.

And both are sponsors here at EvoM, w/their own sub-forums, if you have any specific questions

Do a search on ETS and read up on that. That's what I have for my X and I am happy with it.
