Engine/Turbo Problem....Running out of ideas!

First off allow me to list all the mods done to my 2011 MR so you guys will get an idea as to what to check for.

AMS Cold Air Intake
AMS UICP
AMS LICP w/Tial BOV Recirculated
AMS Wide Mouth Down Pipe
AMS Test Pipe
AMS Cat Back Exhaust
Aeromotive 340 Fuel Pump
AMS Fuel Rail
Deutshwerks 1300cc Injectors
AMS Boost Control Solenoid
Tune from AMS

So last weekend I installed all the fuel parts to include a pressure regulator kit (which I have since taken off) and installed the flash from AMS. Started it up and adjusted the fuel pressure appropriately, took it for a test drive and speed test and everything was good. Real good! The next day I email AMS to ask how much fuel psi I should run and was told to set it at 43-45 psi. So I turned it up because I was on the low side of that. I drove it around casually for a day with no problem. I then decided to open her up and the engine would hit 4k rpms and bog down and have trouble making anything past that. When I got home I turned the fuel pressure down to where I had it before and same problem. I have adjusted it up, down and everywhere in between. I have taken out the fuel pressure regulator and am now running the factory fuel return line, rewired and rehosed the boost solenoid, removed all the pipes and couplers and refastened, uninstalled and reinstalled the tune. Its not throwing any codes. I thought about maybe putting the factory injectors back in just to see if the injectors were good or not. I havent done a boost leak check yet. I saw a thread on how to do it, just have to get the supplies and put it together. Any ideas or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

What type of data do you need to see? I will be using the Cobb AP.

Can start with rpm , load , boost , timing ,Knock, boost error correction , stft ,fuel trim in use and wideband afr if you have it. I use Ecuflash so not sure if they are all called the same in AP.

Well I finally got all the supplies to do the boost leak test and sure enough the UICP Coupling was leaking. It was'nt torn so I put new clamps on it and tightened down. Did the test again and there were no leaks. But the problem persists. On the Cobb AP there is no fuel logging and I dont have wideband yet. But I'm done fiddling with it for today. I run the logs tomorrow and post em. I did however order new upgraded fuel pump and injector relays.

Did you do another boost leak test after fixing the UICP coupling? It would be a quick check before you go messing in all kinds of things just to find out you may have another coupling slippled.

Yeah after I fixed the leak I did another boost leak test. But alas I have good news. I discovered that the AMS Fuel Rail wasnt seated all the way therefore the injectors werent seated fully. Even with the bolts tightened all the way down there was still a gap between the rail and the black spacers on the intake manifold. So until I find a permanent solution I put the factory fuel rail on and it revved all the way to redline with no problem.
