Clutch or normal?

Hey guys When in 4th gear around 3800 Rpms when I floor it the boost spikes to 23psi and the Rpms go up about 300 or less and hold for a split secOnd until the boost tapers back down to 20psi. The car pulls the whole time but sirta sounds like ita slipping but if it is its only climbing about 300 rpms abd for then then a half second. Is my clutch slipping or is this due to boost spike?

Will it not do it in 5th as well? Might be slipping at peak tq depending on your tune.

It does but not everytime. I agree about the peak TQ due to the fact it only happens when boost spikes

Definitely sounds like clutch slip to me. I'd detune just slightly in that area of the powerband only and see if it can long term cure the problem. If not, you're looking at a new clutch.

I had a clutch that slipped at peak tq in my VIII, but it was fine, just torque overwhelming the pressure place.

If you need help tweaking the ROM, let me know. It should be pretty easy.

I got no clutch install skillz, but I can probably help with the tune. I'm out of town until Sunday, PM me if you wanna tweak it after that.
