Direct stock replacement LICP other than AMS?
Hey everyone, I am looking for an Aluminum LICP that has the stock DV port in place.
I have found some other kits like ETS with the stock placement but the pipes are steel. For the price AMS is asking I will just make one myself. Im a good enough fabricator and even if it took ten hours I could justify it as paying myself $30 an hour to do something I like.
That said, its hot out so I'll just buy one if you can recommend it!

I bought and the 3" Depo LICP for $185 shipped and am very happy with it! It's aluminum/silicone, basically a copy of the stock pipe, but 3" in diameter and silicone rather than rubber.

We have had several customers complain about brackets ripping/tearing off of aluminum pipes from vibration.
Stainless does a much better job separating the cold air in the pipes from the hot air in the engine bay.
Aluminum has much better heat transfer properties (intercooler) but if the engine bay is hotter than the air in the pipes the aluminum will absorb the engine bay heat. This is minute but it will be brought up in the stainless vs aluminum debate.
Thanks!
Michael
