Service engine soon lights on

My service engine lights on and I just got a new turbo injectors and tune. I didn't notice until they way home but I also had it in neutral and not a gear on accident and bounced it of the rev limiter and it went past it

how did you get tune?... did you get it done on an ap or opensource. if the later, do you have evoscan for logging? if you do have evoscan software, you can pull and clear codes. even if you dont it is cheap and handy to have anyway.

Thanks and no need to be rude about it I didn't know if it could of been a problem someone else had after a tune and they knew why. Or if going past the rev limiter could cause it. I got a pro tune by a shop

Sorry did not mean to come off as rude. But there are 100+ different codes that can trigger a CEL how can we in any way diagnose it over a computer.

So yes you'll need to have the code pulled to have any idea what can be going on. Post tune, reving past the limiter tells us nothing. Maybe an overrev code but it's all guessing till you get the code pulled
