Exclamation HELP!!!! Evo x build questions/opinions wanted

PLEASE!

Well. im a noob to evom please dont make fun. ive owned my X new since 2010. never had a single problem believe or not.

sad to say July 22. he blew up. cylinder #2 decided he didnt wana stay in line any more. nice hole in the block. took him over to the nearest dealer to see what they would say.

long story short. they had my car for 2 weeks. and it was determined by the mistu IT guy said "they found a fault in the a/c control module that the car was over reved...... i didnt no manual knobs needed its own module.

now i work as a bmw tech. go figure. im not dumb. i decided not to argue and take matters into my own hands. aka lawyer. aka super motor build money

NOW after i jus bored you all.

heres my questions. AND do NOT be afraid to give your own opinion or suggestions please.

ive decided to go with a MAP pro 2.0 block stage 2 sleeved.
ibeam rods. and wiseco 9:1 pistons.
(any objections???)

my head wasnt damaged thank GOD! but i dont wana leave it stock since its out. but i would like to beef it up a bit. i dont no how i feel bout cams. but yet again. i would like peoples opinions cuz everyone i talk to says GO BIG or GO HOME!
so please any valve train/cam suggestions!!!??!

clutch wise. exedy stage 4 HD of course.

turbo wise. FP black billet wheel.

FUEL system i wana run e85. and duel map with a safe 93 tune.

so thank you to all who will take the time to hear me out and respond.

i plan to have a safe 500-500hp

If your going to sleeve the block why not bore it to 2.2? Better spool and you can still rev it out if you want. As for pistons if your mainly running e85 I would probably go with a 10:1 cr. Is the exedy stage 4 the twin I can't remember off hand? If not I would for sure go twin if this is your DD also. Just my two cents.

I figured that since its a aluminum block. stretching its capabilities to a 2.2 is asking for more problems.

i hear you 100% on the better spool. i work too much to have to deal with this again.

but thank you for your imput sir.

MAF only bores to 89mm and 90mm is the max for sleeves so it is still extremely safe with your planned power levels. Plus later you can go with a stroker crank for a 2.4

Larger Ferrea Valves / Ti retainers w/ GSC S2 Cams for the head.

I would personally run something T3 based for 500-550whp on pump. You can make that really easy as 23-25 psi.
