Where to buy OEM boost pill

Like some other folks, I took the OEM boost pill out for the Cobb stage 2 tune...and lost it. Does anyone know where I can buy one, or have the Mitsu part num? I tried to search the forums and some said you can buy the entire vacuum hose assembly, but there wasn't consensus on whether or not it came with the pills. Thanks!

The hose will have the pill inside. Have your dealer order one up. Factory wouldn't require one yo push a pill thru a hose like that, they will just sell it as an assembly.
