Did redline tranny flush and still having problems..

So I recently just did my tranny fluid change with redline fluids and my 3rd gear still grinds or is hard to engage. Any ideas? Maybe clutch and brake fluid needs to be changed? It doesn't happen all the time just at random times and even when the car has been warmed up and driven. Never usually seems to happy when downshifting though. Thanks

Honestly the best improvement you're going to see is to use the shifter bushing sets (under the hood and shifter) in conjunction with the fluids.

"Kracka's Ultimate Shifter Package" from MAP really does cover everything to make life better, but factually you'll never end up with the smooth perfect throws you can get in other cars [damn I miss my STi's 6spd]

Yeah I was gonna get bushings and a short shifter next, I just wanna make sure it's more normal then it being a problem on my transmission later on in the future.

3rd is commonly the notchiest gear. Check Jack's Trans write-up, he explains why. You'll love the shifter package
