EVO engine swap

EVO engine swap
I'm really decided on getting an Evo X GSR or MR, but I'm really annoyed with using premium gas, and since my place frequently has traffic jams and slow speedways, the turbo is essentially useless because I can't accelerate much, hurting MPGs and it is loud too. But I want the S-AWC, which is not offered with regular Lancer and ralliart is a turbo AND without s-awc...
so before I buy an Evo... does anyone know if this configuration would be possible and easy to do?
Engine: turbo-less 4B11 from regular Lancer AWC models, 2L or 2.4L
Transmission: something automatic, CVT/SST is preferred, or TC-SST if it's easier
Everything else: Stock, change if needed
Thanks for your expertise and I'm a newbie, so please let me know if that's possible to do under a low cost. Thanks!

Not sure if troll, but I'll bite.
If you were to hypothetically do this (which would be a waste of time and money), you'd be likely looking at about 3-5k at the very least doing the swap (assuming everything lines up correctly). If you want a form of s-awc and an NA motor with an auto, I'd suggest looking at the Outlander GT.

Or, if not troll, go buy a riced out civic then throw yourself off of a cliff for asking such a stupid question! So, if you dont have any need for turbo becasue of how you drive then you have absolutely no need for the fancy all wheel drive system.
There is no way this was a serious question.....................
