Anyone here have any experience using Depo Racing parts?

I was looking and haven't found any in-depth reviews on Depo Racing parts reviews. Their parts appear to look good in pics, and are aggressively priced.

Does anybody have any experience using them? Particularly their IC piping kits, Intercoolers, and widemouth downpipe?

Thanks!

People say pipes are pipes, but I like quality pipes that won't crack. You spent $30k+ on a car, not sure why anyone would want to put on parts priced for a $10k car

I have the FMIC I think for the price you can't beet it. Welds are strong. There are a lot more expensive intercoolers out there but for the price Depo has them beet. Heat soak on the intercooler hasn't been a problem personal opinion get the FMIC. I also have the down pipe also. As for the intercooler piping I didn't buy it. Look on vrspeed factory.com for the muse racing one piece pipe it's $165. A pipe is a pipe and its the cheapest I found. I have it on my car as well.

So you didnt have any heat soak with the intercooler? that was my concern, I want a fmic that will actually cool the air not look cool and heat soak after a few pulls.

Did you log IAT vs MAT to see how effective the intercooler was? Just because it wasnt hot to the touch doesnt mean it was working correctly. I am not saying its not, but without real data and/or testing this intercooler isnt worth half the price of a known good.

I would be open to doing this testing, if someone were to give me a donor IC

I had the car dyno'd and heat soak was not a problem at all vs the factory intercooler. a lot of people see the price and think casue it cheaper then any of the other name brand ones its crap. yes in some cases that true but with the depo intercooler this isn’t the case. I cant tell yall what to buy I can only say my experience with the part is right on.

I have the Depo 3" LICP, but that's the only part from them that would go on my car besides maybe their UICP (too bad it's not a 1-piece design like my Nisei). Oddly enough, I think Depo actually has the best LICP on the market for the X.
