Car Shakes when leaving from a stop and down shifting.

I took the Evo to the track last night and my first launch the car left ok when I shifted into second the car got crazy wheel hop. I ran the car a couple of more times and the car started to shake when starting from a stop just like leaving from a stop light not launching. It also shakes when down shifting like slowing down to a stop light. I was thinking a mount, bushing, or the clutch its self. Once the cars moving there is no shaking or anything that feels out of the ordinary. The car shifts fine also. What's everyone's thoughts on what it could be?
