Is This Stock Evo X BOV on Correctly? Also, sound of stock BOV?

Hi everyone,

I bought my car with the HKS SSQV bov and didn't want the obnoxious sound so I just bought a Stock Evo X BOV and a new AGP Hot pipe setup with the flange for the stock bov.

Did I put I mount the Evo X bov correctly? Since there are two sides, I did it similar to the stock setup I believe. Let me know if its wrong...

Also, what is the Stock Evo X bov sound like? It FLUTTERS ALL THE TIME even under high boost.. This doesn't seem right but I could be wrong.. It sounds pretty obnoxious like the SSQV almost because it always flutters and doesn't really blow off...

Here are the pictures:

Please let me know what you think. I had to cut another hose to mount it on the AGP pipe. Thanks!

The term "Screaming Chicken mod" comes from folks with 2G DSMs. We'd turn the (plastic) CBV around backwards, not for the sound, but because that was the only way to get it to hold any boost.

Ohhhh! I guess if it functioned better then it would be worth it, but I absolutely hated that flutter.. At least I know I didn't mess up the motor any by having it that way! Thanks for the explanation .
