Greddy or AMS downpipe?
I'm thinking to downpipe my evo x but I don't know which option I should go with Greddy or AMS downpipe. I have Greddy Evo3 exhaust sytem and AEM cold air intake right now. Which downpipe should I get?
My cousin told me that downpipe is a downpipe, there is no different which downpipe I get. He builds a lot of cars and he suggested me to go with Greddy.
Note: My car have 7k miles on it right now. I'm waiting for it to reach 3rd oil change then I will downpipe.

You want to be careful which downpipe you choose. Some are literally just the downpipe and others are the o2 and downpipe together. If you get just the downpipe, it will not be beneficial.
Take a look at our exhaust components for the X.

I always read that "a downpipe is a downpipe." After doing a bunch of research, it just simpyl isn't true. As Michael said, an o2 downpipe is going to be a whole lot more beneficial.
Of course, unless you're planning to upgrade your turbo, you don't really need a downpipe.
You don't specify below, do you have a test pipe? Is that part of the exhaust system you referred to? I'm not very familiar with the Evo 3 system. That being said, a test pipe would be more worth your money than a downpipe, until you upgrade your turbo.
