I need help
Im new to the lancer world i have a 09 gts cvt . Im looking to boost it . I seen an 08 evo mr that was turbo and had cvt . I was just seening wat i would have to do to turbo my 09 gts cvt

You would have to buy a complete turbo kit for $5-7k. I was reading thought that the cvt tranny will not be good for a lot of power. Maybe 250whp

Yup. CVT will crap out once you start making power.

Would i be better off just swaping the trans out . Or are there parts out there to beef up the cvt .?

You would be better off buying a different car.


The Evo X MR is not a CVT trans, its a twin clutch paddle shifted manual/automatic trans.
